What's on the Cotswolds Women Show this Friday?
March is Endometriosis Awareness month. This chronic and often debilitating condition is very painful and can also lead to infertility, fatigue, bowel and bladder problems.

Around 1.5 million women in the UK are currently living with the condition. Endometriosis can affect all women and girls of a childbearing age, regardless of race or ethnicity. The impact can be felt for life.
Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women yet society all too often considers it a taboo. On average it takes 7.5 years from the onset of symptoms to get a diagnosis.
It is the second most common gynaecological condition in the UK and the cause of endometriosis is unknown with no definite cure.
On this Friday's show Cotswolds Women will be sharing their experiences of endometriosis and talking to Sophie Richards of @theendospectrum and hearing her story.
Tune in from 11am Friday 5th March on Cotswolds Radio by listening online at www.cotswoldsradio.com or by downloading the app.
