HARVEST is a quarterly journal that explores mindfulness and creativity through cooking. Inside, you'll find seasonal recipes, food writing, interviews with female founders + creators, poetry and self-care rituals.

HARVEST is made in Oxford, inspired by the world and created by an all female team. They are proud of the way values infused everything they do. As an independent publisher they are proud to create ad free content, jobs for female freelancers and creatives, and to share the benefits of mindful cooking through recipes that have been independently tested prior to publication.
They are predominately a digital journal but print a limited series of each edition on responsibly sourced paper. Their print copies are stocked @2northparade and @branca_oxford. Founder, Editor and Culinary Writer Adamantia Velonis is a North Oxford local. A former lawyer, she is an accredited mindfulness teacher and member of the UK Guild of Food Writers.
